(libdoc) should option to define keyword order

I dont think that the function dictonaries we get from modules even
maintain the original order. Not saying that it would be impossible to do
this, but personally I dont see why this would be very useful and it might
be a bit difficult.
So I doubt we will do this. What do others think about this feature?
