Since I don`t always use command like Start Process for Wrappers I cant
implement ether of provided solutions. But using old OperatingSystem.Start
Process I can handle this problem I think we could close this issue as
invalid use. Maybe add a little warning in documentation to do not pass
arguments as table @{args}
