should be a toggle for expand and contract functionality

The "Expand All" button in the HTML log files should have a "Contract All"
functionality as well, thus after revealing details, clicking the button
again will hide those details.
I'm a newbie to robotframework and I have been clicking the Expand All
button sometimes for a couple of times unconsciously, expecting to fold the
tree. I'm guessing other users might have the same expectations.
