enable, defined case order in robot execution

In robot execution, is there a way to set case/suite iteration(one case can
be run for 100 times in Robot)?
And I found I can't define case order in an argument file(the execution
order is always according to alphabetical order and the order in the test
case file), is there a way to run cases according to the case order in the
argument file?
