We made a decision not to add the requested keywords into existing
libraries. Following new libraries could be added instead, but they need
their own issues. The core team isn't likely to have time to implement them
in the near future, though.
1) A library for handling config files. Should support reading, writing,
and modifying them. Should somehow handle also sections.
2) A library for serializing data structures. This lib should have keywords
for dumping and loading data in various formats such as json and yaml.
