We have decided not to implement this kind of support to the core
framework. The main reason is that simply re-running a single test
typically isn't enough. Quite often, but not always, you'd also want to run
suite setups and teardowns, and configuring all that would get too
complicated.
It's better to implement functionality like this externally in a custom
tool.
