Terminal type, width and height are currently configurable only per
connection (giving them as arguments to `Open Connection` or later updating
them with `Set Client Configuration`).
The library should allow defining these settings for all the upcoming
connections as defaults (on library import or later with keyword `Set
Default Configuration`). This behaviour is mostly for consistency with the
other settings.
