New issue 1539 by yanfei...@163.com: Maybe problem about RIDE case

python 2.7.5 robotframework 2.8.1 robot-ide 1.2.1 win7
Steps:
1. run a case named "test" selected at the tree on RIDE
2. deselect
3. run a case named "smoke test" whose tag is "smoke" by clicking the
button "Only run tests with these tags" on Run GUI
4. get error message as below:
unexpected error: [ ERROR ] Suite 'RobotFramework' contains no tests with
tag 'smoke' and named 'RobotFramework.Test.test'.
Is there any bug while processing these situations? Please fixate it,
thanks.
