shortcut by highlighting their first letter

Use case: Open documentation of a library that contains lot of keywords and
navigate to a keyword you know the library contains through links in
`Shortcuts` section.
Problem: Somewhat hard to find the correct shortcut.
Solution: Highlight the first letter of every shortcut by making it bold
and a little bigger than rest of the shortcut.
