New issue 1557 by [email protected]: Add the option to execute tests

Now all the tests are executed one by one, and we can invoke multiple rf
instance to simulate the parallel execution, but it is still a great
feature if rf can support parallel execution and even with different mode
(test, suite, tag, etc)
