Comment #3 on issue 1340 by pekka.klarck: Jython 2.7 alpha 2 (separate
profile) to support Selenium 2 with maven plugin

1) Selenium 2 requires Python version 2.6 or newer and thus Jython 2.5 is
not supported. Latest Jython 2.7 version is beta1, and at least I haven't
tested does it work with Se2 or not.
2) There is nowadays a Java port of Se2Lib that works with Jython 2.5:

3) We will test Robot on Jython 2.7 more when it gets a bit more stable.
This won't happen before beta 2, but it should be released already in
November. Based on the results we will consider does making separate jar
distribution with Jython 2.7 make sense or not.
