Raphaels's suggestion is good. I'd use '¶' instead of 'permalink' as the
visible indicator, though. We could show it when mouse is over suite, test,
or keyword header, we show '¶' character after 'Expand All'.
I assign this tentatively to 2.8.2. Will be descoped if not easy to
implement in practice. Based on e.g. this post this shouldn't be too hard,
though:
