New issue 1570 by [email protected]: error when run robotframework with
argument "--suite test.suite1 --test test.suite2.case21"

[ ERROR ] Suite 'Test' contains no tests named 'test.suite2.case21' in
suite 'test.suite1'.
not sure whether robot framework support to run one suite and run one case
in another suite together.
Also, if run robotframework with argument "--suite test.suite1 --test
test.suite1.case1", then only case1 in suite1 can run, other cases in this
suite are ignored. not sure whether this is a defect.
