Basically I do not plan any further commits for this issue.
But I can do the PyDictionary-->Map changes if you want.
And I have some further idea:
What do you think of using the java.lang.Map type
as general Keyword **kwargs support inidicator for non-dynamic Java
Libraries?
Like Array indicates *varargs.
