I see. I thought "other failures" would mean other failures with Firefox.
Anyway, I was now able to see the difference in log files. I also looked at
the XML outputs, and found the <msg> element with the image from Firefox
output but not from Chrome. Interestingly images logged in Firefox log had
names like ss_iexplore_18-Oct-2013_11-38-32_AM.png. That looks rather
weird, but I don't know does it have anything to do with this issue.
Based on your logs and outputs I cannot really tell what is going wrong and
where. Because nobody else has reported similar issues, I'm guessing that
the problem would be in your custom library, but I obviously cannot rule
out bugs in Robot itself out either.
Without being able to reproduce the problem myself I cannot really
investigate this myself. I hope you can spent time digging this yourself.
If you cannot figure out what goes wrong yourself, you need to create a
Short Self Contained Correct Example <http://sscce.org/> that we can use to
reproduce the issue ourselves.
