We need to look at this use case a bit more closely face-to-face. Some
comments to the listed issues:
1) It ought to be easy to ignore None values by default automatically.
2) ArgumentParser is a generic utility. I would found it odd that it uses
Robot's USAGE by default. In your use cases, it might be be actually easier
to extend robot.run.RobotFramework.
3) ArgumentParser is already part of utils package that is documented to be
more-or-less stable. Full backwards-compatibility between major releases
isn't guaranteed, but I don't think that's absolutely needed here.
