Remote.py is the remote library, or client, and that you get automatically
with each RF release. The remote server is in file robotremoteserver.py and
it is available in the source distribution (and also online). Only the
server that is distributed with RF 2.8.3 (or newer) supports **kwargs. I
just tested your example with that version and it worked fine. I'm thus
pretty certain that you are using old rebotremoteserver.py.
