Did you test the installation by running e.g. `pybot --version`? It
says "Successfully installed robotframework" at the end so there's a change
installation actually went fine.
The error you got seems to occur before pip even starts downloading Robot
Framework so it's very unlikely the error is caused by Robot. Could easily
be a bug in pip itself. You could try upgrading your pip with `pip install
-U pip`.
