Oooops, the above URL to use to test this is wrong. That search doesn't
contain the problematic % at all. Use this instead:
http://robotframework.googlecode.com/hg/src/robot/htmldata/rebot/report.html#search?suite=&test=&include=*%26*&exclude=*%25*
