New issue 1681 by pekka.klarck: Update remote library interface
documentation to mention independent remote server projects

Now that Python remote server is finally available as a separate project
[1] and Ruby server has been for years [2] we need to update remote
interface documentation accordingly. RemoteLibrary wiki page is already
updated, but User Guide still contains outdated information.
