Log:      UG/Remote: Remove references to servers distributed with RF < 2.9.

Update issue 1681

Removed all references to the servers distributed with RF < 2.9.
Instead added a link to remote library wiki page that contains a
list of available servers. Listing servers both in wiki and in UG
would not be a good idea from maintenance point of view.
