You can use Zephyr's SOAP API for that ->
http://developer.yourzephyr.com/api/, or you can pull test information
directly from the mysql database and use that to determine which test cases
to run.
You can also have Zephyr kick off the automation for you, and automatically
pull the results. I haven't messed with that though.
This is assuming you are using the enterprise edition.
