Did this happen when you had directories with empty subdirectories?
If so, issue 105 probably fixed this. If you can, could you take the
current source trunk version and try if the problem still exists.
Otherwise we are going to need more details on exactly what goes wrong and
with what kind of directory structure. (And stack trace with --loglevel
DEBUG)
