#390: Tutorial is not up-to-date

The tutorial on the master page does not use new base/types.
Instead it refers to the old types in base/backwards/*.
The examples also do not take the needs_configuration into account.
The Orogen file says:
''This is the default from now on, and should not be removed.
Rock will transition to a setup where all components use a configuration
step.''
