#400: autoproj: add something like autoproj update --continue

It would be nice that in case a package could not be updates
(e.g. uncommited changes, diverged branches) autoproj jumps into this
directory and after the user did the merge autoproj could be calles with a
option like --continue to only update the missing one's instead beginning
the update procedure from beginning.
