Hm, I see, makes sense to me.
Although, as long as the "rerun" dependency is not triggered a missing
orogen-install should not harm the build-process?
The release notes of
[http://cmake.blogspot.de/2013/10/cmake-2812-released.html 2.8.12] mention
the following line:

CMake: Removal of configured files will retrigger CMake when issuing a
build command
}}}
Don't know exactly what that means in the real world, maybe this opens a
way to hack what is needed? But this is not feasible until 2.8.12 trickles
down to some Ubuntu LTS, so...
