This issue seems to come up for ruby_packages which have been
'standardized' to using rake-compiler and facilitate gem building. There
the folder structure for the ruby extension has slightly changed.
Autoproj/autobuild however relies on finding the CMakeLists package in the
ext/ .. directory and
is not using the 'rake clean' (or 'rake clobber') task for the cleanup
which IMO it should.
I am about to fix that.
