I did an update and an incremental build of slam/eslam, and this compiled
fine. I deleted the installed includes for vizkit3d and did a rebuild of
vizkit3d and slam/eslam. None of this gave me the build error.
Can someone else confirm? Otherwise I'll try a fresh build some time
later. Buildserver currently has other packages that don't build. Will fix
next week.
