Hi, I have here on my table a new Hokuyo UST-20LX laserscanner with ethernet interface.
If I understand it correctly, our rock-drivers/hokuyo master branch has no support for ethernet interfaces, but the UTM-30-LX_compatible branch has (for the UTM-30-LX-EW). Unfortunately, the protocol of the UST-20LX differs from that for the UTM-30LX-EW (see http://www.hokuyo-aut.jp/02sensor/07scanner/download/pdf/UST_protocol_en.pdf ), resulting in SIGABRT. Is someone working on merging the UTM-30-LX_compatible branch back to master? Since all the time synchronization TMX commands are not supported by the UST-20LX, perhaps I should start a new branch based on master, and not continue with the UTM-30LX-EW branch?
