I think the general opinion is that we want to introduce a "viewport" system.
It would be a way to specify a series of "boxes" for the WPS. Each box would
have a x,y,width,height (pixel-based) and a font. Within each box, the given
text is line-based. Scrolling only takes place within a box.
We could consider the current WPS to be a viewport covering the whole screen.
