If you get the message Dir buffer full or so Just try menu -> system -> limits -> max files in dir browser. Set it not so high, cause it eats mp3-buffer. Don't forget to reboot to make the change will takes effect. If you have an old flashed box, you perhaps should update the bootloader to make the image fit to ROM.
