I'm one of the guys involved in Rockbox (http://www.rockbox.org/). We have a
little plugin called 'Jewels' that is using graphics that originate from your
Gweled application:

We recently received a rather unpleasent mail regarding the Jewels graphics:

This mail is just a heads-up for you, since the graphics these guys question
come from your program.
We have not yet decided on how to act, we're still discussing it back and
forth.
