time ago. Maybe you can get one via ebay. The only disadvantage is the
hiqh shipping cost.
Unfortunately I lost my CD :-(

If you're not from Germany this is not a very good solution.
Another possibility is QEMU. I use it from time to time and I'm very
content with it.
