I will also be able to provide anything myself, as I will be driving as well, but thanks for the offer. Typically, I would say to bring the projector, but this place has large, hi-def TVs, so I do not think we will need it. Also, this hotel is quite upscale, and will likely re-arrange any furniture that needs be, so I don't think tables are needed...if there is anything, I will keep you in mind. =)
