no more FILES

Hey

As of a while ago I changed the way source tarballs are generated, so we no 
longer use the FILES files.

Starting now, the tarballs include a full svn repository (including the manual 
subdir) and they will be 7zip compressed.

The uncompressed size is roughly 100MB, and it is roughly 16MB when 7zipped 
right now. I selected 7zip instead of bzip2 simply because 7zip made the 
output 2MB smaller than 7zip!
