If your asking how much of the Lua source had to change, then not much.
Lua itself asks very little of its environment except for a malloc
implementation. It's also very easy to not include parts of the runtime
that aren't suited to your target environment. It's the reason why I
picked Lua to try and port as it's designed to be embedded in very small
systems with little overhead.
