branched for 3.0, unfreezed trunk

Hey

We've branched for 3.0. And by doing this, we unfreeze the trunk for new 
features or whatever fun you want.

To checkout the 3.0-branch:

        svn co svn://svn.rockbox.org/rockbox/branches/v3_0 rockbox-3.0

The post-3.0 work continues on the trunk as usual. If we fix (serious) 
problems on the trunk before the release is done, we SHOULD backport them back 
to the 3.0-branch.
