Define "screen that uses a lot of power" ... there are none. The only
one could be the wps. And the backlight uses way more power than an
LCD.

I still fail to see a point in such a feature. I usually just put hold
on and wait for the idle shutdown, and I'm pretty sure the power
consumption isn't noticeable in daily use. So hold enabled is
basically off for me.
