Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be seeing as the
problem still occurs on the latest unmodified daily build with mostly
default settings?
A while ago my remote started occasoinally triggering folder skip when
increasing volume, but seemed to be OK on the stock firmware. Around that
time it got wet, so I thought that was the cause. I guess it's possible
the Rockbox scanning code is less forgiving of minor deviations from the
expected values (something I've been meaning to look at).
Hi. With a really old revision I was running for over a year, the remote
volume used also to skip folders for me, however my remote has never been
wet.
I wonder with the latest build why the remote is still triggering unexpected
behaviour.
I have tried using 2 different remotes with my player, and both trigger
exactly the same behaviour.
I would be very interested though to no why with my really old build trying
to change the volume caused folder skip but now with this new one its
bringing up the quickscreen instead.
