I finally got around to playing with this some more, and guess what?
This time around, .mp3's and .wma's seem to work! But we lost AAC/.m4p's.I don't know what the difference is, as I changed too many variables at once.
I used SVN build snapshot 144738 of gcc 4.4.0, and build 20298 of rockbox. I suppose I should now get organized and do some proper benchmarking. For what it's worth, Mark Allums
