For those who dont have the memory of a <Something that has really
good memory> show in the main menu that there is nothing to resume to
stop the annoying "nothing to resume" splash
So we now have a menu item called "Nothing to resume" which when you
select it displays a splash saying "Nothing to resume"?
The commit message fails to convey how this is an improvement over the
previous behaviour - I must have missed the discussion where everyone
agreed that the "nothing to resume" splash is annoying.
For me, even though the previous behaviour wasn't perfect (displaying an
unavailable menu item), at least the menu item itself made sense, as did
the behaviour when you selected it.
