This port is mostly complete and could be supported now. Off the top of my
head, here's what needs to be done hardware-wise:
1) battery bench & calibration
2) lcd enable & sleep
3) backlight fading
4) radio detection (there's no radio in the HDD1620/1820)
5) better keymap
Installation is the same as the H10, so hopefully someone can add it to rbutil.
If someone whats to start the manual, the H10 5GB would be a good place start
since it's the same lcd size. There's even a svg waiting on flyspray (FS#10329).

This is nearly complete. I have a couple of commits pending, then I think all
that's left is the plugins. Since this device is MTP only, the initial
installation will require using sendfirm to send over a tar'd build that the
bootloader can untar (unless someone wants add usb to the bootloader).

I don't think these are quite ready yet. There's still some hardware stuff to
work on (no sound on the 920) and there are no plugins yet.
