You need elinks to create the txt manual, not html2text -- it's used
for converting the html version to txt.

OK, thank you for point me, now it works.

A note: the makefile runs "links -no-numbering", that it isn't a legal option. Also, installing the package elinks in Ubuntu, the right alternative symbolic links are not created. Doing this by hands, all works.
