I especially like the idea of the feedback template, and involving the users. There's always a subset of users who'd like to do more for RB but lack the coding ability (myself very much included) to directly contribute.
In fact, could we use the bug reports in Flyspray to give some pointers to these new "testing users" of what to specifically look out for, per target?
