We really should hammer this out, as it is getting close to the time 
where us USA folk need to get things together if we plan on attending.

Is London still looking an optimal place for this to take place?
How about days?  (This comes after deciding on a place, as the person 
hosting usually mentions what would be good for them - though 
beginning/middle of June or July would likely work well)
