Couldn't you "explicitly (and manually)" request it to play the list
again by highlighting the list and pressing select?
I turn repeat off so that when a list ends I explicitly *do not* hear it
again. If I put my player down and pick it up again the next day and hit
"resume" I want to see "nothing to resume" to remind me that I finished
whatever program I was listening to. I don't want my player rebuffering
on bootup after I finish something.
If you can manually hit "play" to resume, can't you just turn on repeat
and manually hit "stop" as well? That's a feature we already have, and
would give you the same functionality without removing an existing
feature for the rest of us.
