GSOC template

Hi,
Should the GSOC application keep the headings from the template and have 
a paragraph for answering the questions?
For example:
heading: About me and there is 11 questions so it should be:
1. answer to the 1st question
2. answer to the 2nd question ....
Basically if I should keep the headings and numbers of the questions in 
the application or just answering the questions in the order from the 
template without writting there the headings and numbers of questions 
from the template.
