I'm using FS#8961 and I really like it. So I would like to commit it. I
reviewed the patch and I think it's good enough.
Some notes:
* convttf converts straight from .ttf to .fnt and cannot generate mono fonts
* existing .fnt installed on the dap are still working
* alpha fonts are ~4 times bigger
* there's almost no impact on rendering mono fonts. Only an if () is
added to take the alpha render path
If there are question or objections please speak up. If all goes well I
will commit it in the next few days.
