Okay, what I'd like to see here is this:
People who actually want to directly contribute to this process (filling out a list of categories at each step, etc), please respond to this saying so, so that we can come up with dates and get this thing moving, as well as trying to begin selecting our conflict resolution group (which we won't need immediately, but will need at the end of the first phase).
