I'm skeptical of this. Is there proof of this expense? I'm also skeptical of this idea of removing forums. I'm even skeptical of the motives of those in charge here. It is unacceptable to me that the paypal donations are not both public and in realtime. If you compare this random post about hosting prices https://www.websitebuilderexpert.com/web-hosting-services/cost-to-host-a-website/ it's also real hard to explain $700/year.
